Yes, we customize our transports to meet your needs. You can use your own manual or electric wheelchair, in addition to bringing one or both along. Also note that all of our vehicles are equipped with comfortable wheelchairs for your use as well.

Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) is a form of medical transport which is provided in non-emergency situations to people who require special medical attention. The goal of non-emergency transport is to get the patient from one location to another while offering medical support, rather than providing field treatment and rapid transport to an emergency facility. Some facilities offer non-emergency transportation as part of their services, and specialty companies also provide this service.

Dream Care Transportation accepts cash, major credit cards, and personal checks (with identification). Payment is due at the time of transport unless other arrangements have been made in advance with Dream Care Transportation.

Dream Care Transportation operates Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM. We are available on weekends by appointment only. You can call us today and speak to one of our professional and courteous customer service representatives. In addition, our drivers and vehicles are always available to serve your transportation needs.

We accept many forms of insurance. Please check with your insurance provider to verify your eligible benefits or call us for more information

If you need help transporting a loved one, please call us at least 24 hours in advance so we can provide the service that bests suits your needs. Out of state transports require 48 hours notice and we can usually get to most locations within 2 to 3 hours of your phone call.

Our goal is to provide our passengers a safe and reliable experience, so we encourage but do not require a family member or caregiver to travel with you. We are happy to accommodate service animals as well. Please note that we do not charge for additional passenger.

Our door-to-door personal service includes a driver present when we arrive upon pickup. The driver will notify the appropriate personnel and ensure that you are “checked in” for your appointment. If your return transport pickup time is unknown, our drivers will provide office staff with their business card and request they call us 30 minutes prior to the completion of your appointment. This process is in place to reduce wait time. If the transport requires the driver to stay with passenger for duration of appointment, please request this service when booking transport so we know how best to accommodate you.

Each trip is unique and our rates vary based on the type of service and distance travelled. We offer discounted rates for multiple trips and long distance trips, in addition to providing discounted rates for U.S. Veterans.
